Wendy Brennan is the founder of Soundnotic.com and a Frequency & Bioresonance Practitioner serving clients worldwide through remote and in-person frequency wellness sessions.

A former court stenographer, Wendy’s path shifted after experiencing a profound reduction in pain during a frequency session. What began as personal curiosity evolved into a deep commitment to exploring the role of sound, frequency, and energetic balance in human wellness.

Today, Wendy works with individuals seeking support for stress, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, emotional overwhelm, and overall energetic balance through personalized frequency-based wellness approaches. Her sessions combine biofield-focused technologies, harmonic sound support, and frequency education designed to help clients feel more grounded, clear, and resilient.

Her growth has led to the opening of two boutique frequency wellness studios in the St. Louis region: Vibe Shift Studio in St. Louis County and INNER-G CENTER for Integrative Frequency Wellness in St. Charles County.

Beyond her private client work, Wendy is known for translating complex frequency concepts into practical, empowering insights. As a speaker, educator, and podcast guest, she bridges science and the body’s innate healing wisdom in ways that feel both accessible and thought-provoking.

Playfully known as “The Chief Frequency Officer,” Wendy also mentors wellness professionals seeking to thoughtfully integrate advanced frequency technologies into their practices to enhance client experience and expand holistic support options.
